Construction is our foundation in the drone arena. Dronetographer Joe Scaglione  started documenting , marketing and promoting NY State Public School Capital Improvement Projects dating back to 2006. His work of presentation to the voting public resulted in 100 percent successful approval in voter referendums for Ithaca City, Skaneateles and Trumanburg Central school districts in 2006, 2008, 2012 and 2019. His dedication to showing all aspects of construction from start to finish further resulted in future projects being approved by voters.
